The Grampian Association of Williamsport, PA is a Non-Profit Association composed chiefly of residents of Grampian Hills .The purpose of the Association is to preserve, protect, beautify, and improve Grampian Hills as a residential area. Membership is voluntary. Four officers and five Board of Directors are selected at the annual membership (Get to Know Your Neighbor) meeting in September. This is an informal business and social event.

Please note that the speed limit on The Hill is 25 MPH and that there are a number of STOP signs placed in strategic locations. We have many residents, both adults and children, and guests who walk, run, or walk their pets on our streets. Since we have no sidewalks, please be mindful of the activity in the street. Please remind your visitors of our speed limit and our STOP signs. The Board has received numerous concerns from residents of speeding vehicles and vehicles failing to stop at STOP signs. Thank you for helping to communicate safe streets on The Hill.
